What is needed to renew on-line?
You will need:
- your name as it appears in the Board's database
- your nursing license number, nursing
assistant certification number, or medication technician certification
number
- your Social Security Number (SSN)
- a valid e-mail address
- a MasterCard or Visa credit card (debit cards
are not accepted)

Who is not
eligible to renew on-line?
The following individuals CAN NOT
renew on-line:
- Anyone licensed as a CRNP-PMH
(see RN Advanced Practice License Renewal)
- Anyone who has has not
renewed his license within 1 year or longer since the last renewal
- Anyone with a felony, misdemeanor, or discipline against a
license since last renewal
- Any license type beginning with 'AC'.
This license type belongs to Advanced Practice nurses
with a RN license residing in a Compact State
- Anyone in the Board's
database without a SSN
