JUNE RENEWALS: In processing your application for renewal, a receipt for a current Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) is
REQUIRED to complete your renewal. Please forward your receipt of a current CHRC (fingerprint) taken some time between April, 2010 through June 2010 to Jeff Odin, Administrative Specialist,
to the fax number 410-358-3530.
