In
an effort to move the Board of Nursing towards a smaller carbon
footprint and a greener agency, the Board will no longer process paper
walk-in renewals effective July 1, 2012. Individuals will be guided to
utilize our kiosks available in the CNA / MT and Nursing reception
areas. If an individual chooses to drop off any paper forms, the Board
will accept the forms but will not process them while you
wait.
During a recent
audit it was discovered that several
individuals have been issued
Nursing
Assistant Certificates in error.
All
initial Applications will appear as "Pending" on the Lookup a License
verification site untill all required documents are received by the
Board of Nursing.
Effective April 1, 2007, the
