Maryland Nurse Practice Act

The Board of Nursing will no longer publish printed copies of the Nurse Practice Act as of January 2010. 

The statute portion of the Nurse Practice Act can be found on-line at www.lexisnexis.com under Maryland Code > Health Occupations > Title 8. Nurses. The Code of Maryland Regulations portion of the Practice Act can be found at the Maryland's Division of State Documents' website COMAR Online under  (COMAR, Title 10, Subtitle 27)
